1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our products/Services, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us. This may include:

Information collected via our Facebook application(s)
By default we access your Facebook basic account information (name, email, gender, birthday, current city, profile picture URL) and other information you've made public. We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies ("AI Products") designed to enhance your experience — including AI-driven lead follow-up and speed-to-lead bots.
Use of AI Technologies
We provide AI Products through third-party AI Service Providers, including Retell AI (voice and call handling) and GoHighLevel (automated conversational and follow-up features). As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products, as described in Section 3. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
How We Process Your Data Using AI
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties, to help safeguard your personal information throughout the process.

You can opt out by logging into your account settings and updating your preferences, or by contacting us directly.
5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Notice, unless a longer period is required by law. No category of information is retained longer than 1 year. When there's no ongoing legitimate business need, we delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We've implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no transmission over the internet or storage method is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or the parent/guardian of a minor consenting to their use. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Report concerns to [email protected].
8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior lawful processing)
Opt out of marketing: click "unsubscribe" in emails, reply "STOP"/"UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS, or contact us directly

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform industry standard exists yet. We'll update this Notice if that changes.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to withdraw consent.

Categories A, D, G, H, and K are retained for 1 year and have been disclosed to third-party service providers (Section 3) for business purposes. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Your rights include: to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, non-discrimination, and opt out of targeted advertising/sale/profiling. Some states add further rights (see list of categories above).
To exercise these rights: visit mythicmetrics.net or email [email protected]. You may designate an authorized agent with proof of authorization. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing us; if denied, you may complain to your state attorney general.
California "Shine the Light" Law: California residents may request, once a year and free of charge, details on personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Submit requests in writing per Section 12.

Yes. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice or notify you directly.
